PROFILO UTENTE

In my holidays in italy I had to go to ottica Gambirasi because one of my glasses were broken. Instead of using my old values like i specifically noted, he used a glass with new measured values. Despite several elapsed days I could not see through the spectacle lens. When I wanted to reclaim the glasses, he could not or would not understand me and did not take back the spectacle lens or give my money back. I had headaches, dizziness and nausea for a whole week and cant use my glasses. In the end, I spend 70 euros and throw it literally out of the window. Many Thanks.
